Request for Refund
Log in to your IAMBP account and go to the Escrow Dashboard.
Locate the relevant transaction and click “Request Refund.”
Provide a clear and detailed explanation for your refund request by filling out the form.
Upload any relevant documentation to support your claim—this may include communication records, screenshots, photos, or other applicable materials.
Once completed, submit the refund request form. Your submission will be reviewed promptly.

Review
Once a refund request is received , IAMBP will begin a thorough review to verify the provided details and supporting documentation.
If necessary, IAMBP will reach out to both the provider and the customer to gather any additional information required for the investigation.
IAMBP strives to resolve refund requests promptly, typically within a few moments of receiving all necessary information.

Outcome of Resolution
If the refund is approved, the escrowed funds will be released and returned to the customer's account. A confirmation email will be sent to notify the customer of the completed refund.
